What is it

Other times, what seems to be a relatively simple goal, can turn into a chaotic, emotionally draining mess.

Maxi Me starts you on the journey to maximising your absolute potential.

The process begins with confidential interviews, a 360o assessment, concluding with a 4-day residential offsite. In addition, you can have further access to coaching following the program.
